A culinary artist with a passion for global flavors, Chef Raman Khanna brings a dynamic perspective to the kitchen. With a strong foundation and international experence, Khanna has honed his craft over 30 years, holding multiple positions from Executive Chef to Management & Development Roles in the United States and UAE. Raman was part of the winning team of several medals in the biannual Salon Culinaire (1991 & 2001), including the silver dhow trophy for the best hotel in the UAE.
