About The Team

Curated by Chef Raman Khanna

A culinary artist with a passion for global flavors, Chef Raman Khanna brings a dynamic perspective to the kitchen. With a strong foundation and international experience, Chef Khanna has honed his craft over 30 years, holding multiple positions from Executive Chef to Management & Development Roles in the United States and the UAE. Raman was part of the winning team of several medals in the biannual Salon Culinaire (1991 & 2001), including the Silver Dhow Trophy for the Best Hotel in the UAE.

Expect a delightful mix of classic and contemporary tastes.
